Channels in 9000 not working on 110

Hey guys, so the typical local channels like nbc abc cbs that are in the 9000's are not working? it is full signal and quality.. i put on another channel like HBO east and its fine.. transponders 12384 is great signal and quality.. what is the reason? Im trying to find and NBC cbs ABC that actually works.. any help would be much appreciated. Using a nano2

Edit: Also not working for me are channels 241 242 243 244 246 247 248 249 251 252 254 255

Anybody have any idea why the those channels in the 200 are not working???

Set your local channels to New York, New York and you will get all the National Channels! Try 8100 and up also!

I set the receiver local to be new york new york, but nothing is working in the above 8100 category

i am using 110 and 119. Dish LNB's. I am getting both sats because i get CNN ABC family, and then HBO and what not and 110 channels. Guaranteed i am getting both sats, just not getting locals...
