Changed to ip, 15010 to 79.142.79.21
use dns yes

user name and password supposed to be the same. 14 number code?

Answer "No" to "Use Dns" to use the ip addy.
Answer "Yes" to "Use Dns" to use the domain name.

Set to "No" and try again.
Reboot all if you have to.
Up and working at the moment.
