setup help

Hi guys
I try too instal dish 1000 DP
I can't get signal this is my setting
is this right?
satellite 119.ow
tuner LNB1(fixed on)
transponder (1/26).......
diseqc1.0 port 2
diseqc 1.1 disable
legacy sw off
legacy lnb ocs-dp
22k off
and then 110.w port1
and 129 port 3
am I doing something wrong please help.

119.0w should be port 1
110.0w port 2
129.0w port 3
