Hello everyone. I have a Sv 360 Elite with nfps. I haven' had signal for 3 days now. It says connect fail. I tried rebooting and nothing. Can anyone help? thank you.:bawl:

Confirm your account status.
It expires like in March.

Do you mean to say your "Scrambled" or do you get the " no signal" message ??
There was a recent ip change for Nfps.Have a look in the iks section for more details.

in the network settings the status is connect fail. the channel page will say "no service or scrambled." I will check the iks section, thank you for the information.

Glad your back up and viewing again.
It will help you if you get your terminology down a bit better.
No signal is a legit problem... but not the problem your having.You have plenty of signal so that's the wrong term to use to describe your issue.
What you had was a "scrambled issue".
Using the correct terms will bring much better,correct and faster help for any issues you may have.
