119 & 118 not working together with nano2

Hey guys, so i have the 33 inch dish setup with the circular lnb pointing at 118.8. When i use my dreambox i get bot 119 and 118 channels in this room, however with the nano 2 i am only getting the 118 channels and not the 119, they would not even scan. So i scanned the 119 channels from a different room with the same exact receiver, put the receiver back in the room where it was originally, and although i get full signal for 119, i still get no picture it says scrambled. The 118 channels scan and come up perfectly.. I am clearly doin something wrong, not sure what, maybe i need to input things differently in setup. any help would be much appreciated. 118 and 119 should come off of one lnb, but im not getting any 119.

yea thas all fine.. its all one lnb.. 118 is at 10750 and 119 is at 11250

118.8 is linear and when you use dual Lnb with 119 both settings are 10750!

Yes both have to be the same set for 10750!!

perfect thank you!! that was my mistake.. I fixed both to 10750 and 119 is up and working now!!
