I am getting "DNS Fail" when trying to connect to the Rocket server. I have rebooted everything multiple times and still no success. I have checked my code and it is still active, I have changed to the new server name and the new I.P. address, still nothing. Everything was working fine two days ago. My other receiver is working fine. Does anyone have any other suggestions that I could try?

I have tried with and without caps. No difference, neither works for me.

Even better would be to know what server port and ip your using.Lets confirm its correct.
Dns fail describes an issue with info you entered or the server was offline at the time you were looking.
Connect fail describes making it to the server but a denial of entry for any one of several reasons.

Good luck,

Added: Confirm you show p28 as the current file in the 360.

Server Port - 35911
Server IP - 128.127.109.149
DN - IKSR.BZ
File - p28
If I try Server IP, I get "Connect..." but it never gets to "Connected"
If I use DN, I get "DNS Fail"

When u use IP addy for domain, do you turn "Use DNS" to yes or no?

"Yes" for Domain Name.
"No" for Server IP

I'm confused also. I can only suggest you swap out IHUBS with the sv8k. Please let us know. Good Luck!!!

Well the problem seems to have solved itself. I gave up after spending half my weekend trying to fix the problem. So I shut the receiver down via the rear switch and did not turn it on again till last night. I then decided to turn it on again prior to going to bed last night and mysteriously the receiver booted up and the picture came on. No idea what the problem was, but I'm glad to have it working again. Thanks to all who attempted to help.
