NFussion HD not connecting. Please HELP...

I follow all steps properly but receiver still not connecting. I Used setup wizard and I am getting this

was the receiver off when the wizard tried to ping it?...............just input the info in the static settings. then turn it off then one and run noi..........give it a few minutes then change the channels.....

In advanced network settings did you add 123.108.108.22 and 123.108.109.22 255.0.0.0 !
