Can't accesss the nfps page because default password 0000 does not work nor does masterpassword 2580 let me in, any suggestions ? with out access I can not get my unit back up & working,

try and see if you can do a factory reset that should take care of it,,good luck

tried a factory default back in august when I downloaded the 7.09 & 3.06 file however even thou the procedure was to factory default, twice 1 didn't do as was afraid it might wipe out the authorization number and password number ( when I did mine other unit these numbers were erased and I had to reenter them, but I can't see them on this unit with the password screen there so I can't copy them down to reenter and not sure if they would be the same on both receivers. Do u have any idea if the numbers are the same on all of these receivers ?

A donation number doesn't change unless it is another new one! To reset password use Rs232 port!

randomly tried 0808 and the password unlocked , changed to 0000, so hopefully no problems in the future. thankyou for the suggestions. still having freezing problems ( down last night, up this morning) after changing to BZ with the 7.09 & 3.06 combo, should I try the 3.18 ? , anyone know if this combo is any better ?
