New 360 P settings?

Hi I have a question with my Sonicview 360 P I read that is has support? So I checked my unit I have “connect” with my hub and also the banner running at the top about Japan being the best support and please support Japan... I did go to channel 101 I got video and audio! I had kept up the software so the only problem I seem to have is the current settings can I ask what are the current settings for this support for DN? I am pointed and aligned with great picture and sound just for the test channel nothing else. Thank you for any help

Japan is dead.. HAs been for over a year now..
