Guys I have a Premium and I have not been able to connect.I have server no 1 and server 79.142.79.21 and port 16010 can you please tell me if I'm wrong and what I need to change. Thank you.

I don't know if this applies to you (I'm on port 15110) I had to double check my user/password given and then do a hard reset on the modem - turned both the Nano Premium off and the modem. Turned the box on and then the modem...and bam.
