Help !! Nano Lite

Hi Hope someone is able to help me with my Nano Lite. Got it a few months ago and about a week or so ago it went down. I did see it online that most of them went down. I"m new to this and dont know what tot do. It says "scramble" on the screen. I tried to reload the channels but didn't work. What am i doing wrong?
