I have an Ilink 9100 plus and when i turn it on it boots up for about 10seconds or so then turns off the receiver is less than a yr. old

ok there is no such receiver ilink 9100 plus,,its ilink9000 plus,and its seems to me that its shoring out somewhere or loose connection,,check and or replace the rg6 cable first good luck

ok first of all thanks for the info. i changed the cable but it still turns off uless it is on channel 101

do u have where it can get air to keep it cool. try reloading factory file and starting at the beginning
