Please help Nano Premiun nfps new code

My nano premium doesn't connect, I don't know what I'm doing wrong and this is what I have in the NET Application screen for Dish:

Type Dream
Server No 1
SoftCam NewCamd
Input Type Domain
Server oscaxxxxxxxxx....
Port 10500
AU On

And the Net application screen for Bev:

Do I need to have an specific file?
About a year ago this receiver was working fine, when it was FTA. The System Information screen currently shows:

Have you rebooted rcvr in back? then make sure when you are in network it says connected and not wait 3 seconds
When you are on a channel and you press the info bar does it say connection;1 or 2?

I did reboot after entering the codes, the info bar doesn't show connection: 1 or 2

until your rcvr says connected you'll never have tv That means your rcvr is connected to the net.

you should have latest factory and latest software file but that wont affect the rcvrs capabilty to get an ip from your router
goo into menu ,net application ,ip set-up ,put it on auto and hit apply Do you get an ip?

I did as you instructed. I got an ip and now Network says connected, I'm doing a reboot to the receiver, I hope it works!

What server do you have in your server 2 slot evidently you are now connecting to something, to have connection 2.

Is dream 2 for northern provider? If so you would have to have it on a bev channel

I have Dream 2 for northern provider channel 10244 Info bar says connection: 2 and
Dream 1 for Dn however channel 200 Info bar says connection: 2 and worked before I did hard reboot, but couldn't get TV in otherr channel.
I lost channel 200 after reboot, should I scan channels or upload files?

Try zeroing out the port in dream 2 ,then go into dream 1 and exiting out

Leave the files alone Either your codes dont work or you have input them wrong

I checked the codes many times and I'm sure that I input them properly, so I guess the codes don't work. Thank you to all of you for your effort and support. I contacted Marcella, I hope I'll get a solution soon.
