Recently I have been getting disconnected from nfps regularly with the following error msg from NOI v1.31a / 1.nfps.bz / port 10410 Check user / password / port. NOI also goes non responsive often.

History: My setup has been working fine for a year +.... no changes. Initially everything works fine but after about 30min I get the above error msg from NOI or NOI crashes and I can not re connect

I have gone over my setting many times, checked donation, changed server nfps to I.P in NOI, rebooted..

Seems to me like some kind of glitch with the NFPS accounting authorization server? Any help would be appreciated

Could this be an IP blocking problem? Does Time Warner Cable block?

I have been getting that same issue a lot lately. Yet I get no such issues on Ro@#$%. What has NFPS been doing to cause these connection issues?

I was getting the same message earlier a few times, but now it just sits on the snowy screen.

Anybody else experiencing the NOI error and know how to fix this? I am still getting this today.

First guy's, check your server info if you are still using the old domain name, it has to be changed, for those that have 2.nfps.bz change to one of the following: 2.nfps.co or 2.nfpstv.com or 37.46.112.225 or 37.46.112.230, for those that have 1.nfps.bz, change to, 1.nfps.co, or 1.nfpstv.com or 37.46.112.201, If you had of read announcement sticky, you would have known this earlier.

It was changed to 37.46.112.230 but still have the same issue. Right now I have a different issue, it just sits on the snowy screen like it's not seeing my Nfusion box.

One thing a friend had issues with was he updated his computer and anti-virus and everything stopped working. After lots of testing we found that a setting got changed in his anti-virus software which was blocking noi.Try disabling any anti-virus and/or any internet security programs to test and see what happens.

As stated above anti-virus and firewall will block noi.

Turn off windows firewall, reboot receiver, close and start noi. You should now see communication between the receiver and Noi.
