I have been down for awhile, I cannot get a connection.

I entered NPP 9.15 and it changed all my channels, I did a factory reset and then just entered SKY 1.12 and then entered my info and still the channels are numbered different.

What am I doing wrong?? Can someone help me.

Thanks,

Did you setup all the other menu areas in your receiver, like user settings etc.?

I think your supposed to insstall sky 1.12 THEN do your Factory reset, your first post says you did the reset then installed 1.12, also I had a connection problem when they switched servers and later found out the new domain nfps is 1.nfsps.bz not .ws like before

Hope that helps

Change to Caps, should look like this, 1.NFPS.BZ or you can use the IP, which is 37.46.112.201, just change domain to IP.
