30w audio problem !!

hello , is any body have a audio problem only on press tv, 30w ??
i tried 3 of my friends stb's and its the same, sound like its a bad signal but is showing very clear

and while you are there see if you can pick up monte -carlo tv,.. i got it about 3 times, never got it back up till now..
its just a cam by the beach, watching waves, as ppl pass by, somebody's beach cam dvr, i guess
and one last question do you get those open hd's tp's, ?? with the zillion good chnls,
i cant pick up any.. my guess is a spotbeam ??
