how to use without noi??

hello, can anyone tell me , if you can you a nova/solaris on i#$s ,without using noi ??
i got one from a friend.. i spend whole day loading bin to get newcamd.. still not working, found out later have to use noi ??,that is so outdated, it has a nic port ,why noi !!!!??

Extreme 4.14 works for Solaris and phoenix, without comp.

Can also attest to the greatness for the extreme bin.. Haven't had any issues except the EPG won't download.. Then again i have a defective bin with EPG issues to begin with so YMMV.

Just to clarify...by stand alone they mean internet connection only... no computer needed.
This is for IKS SD NFusions because they needed to be hooked up to a computer to work before... you still need an internet connection for IKS & this file doesn't work for HD receivers either.

if you were using noi then you have to factory default then load the files listed in the files section

And read and follow the instructions that come with the files, just don't read part of it, read all of it!
