My kbox Prodigy is down for a week I have paid uptill April 2013. I get a blk screen.

Hi my kbox prodigy stop working ,got blk screen,but channel 408 fox got audio channel 100 both pic & audio is working.Plz HELP. i have paid upto april 2013

No need to keep starting multiple threads.

First unplug router and receiver. Plug router in and wait for it to come up. Then plug receiver. If that doesn't do it try changing ip to url 1.NFPS.BZ save, and then do the off on from rear. good luck
