Ilink 9600 lock up

From the day I receive my I link 9600 HD without the module it locks up whenever I do the antenna installation.
Now if I use the factory file the antenna installation works but the satellite choices are limited can't even find 110 and119 among the list. So I tried loading thru usb the succeeding files which include the the latest 0019_p the receiver would lock up and I cannot continue with the set up procedure. Im frustrated with this receiver and I need help please.

Try and reload your factory filr first then your bin file finally do a factory default..and try to scan your channels again..good luck

actually inlink 9600 is a piece of junk! ihave one my self as well...... it freezes and then you have change channel or enter menu settings and go back so the reciever can be working again....then after 6 secods... it freezes again... mine locks up everytime i want to setup a server .!! is frustrating... i´ve done everything possible to fix it using factory files ... nothing...

Crap is putting it nice. I got mine a month ago and still can not lock onto 129 119 110 no problem 129 forget it I even bought a new sk900 board thinking that was it no same thing. Re-did files 15 to 20 times followed every guild I could get my hands on did nothing works. S 20 Q 40 and will not lock scan in channels I just get 2 history 2 hbo 2 CNN etc... One on 119 other 129 both showing on same channel. I hock up my dreamlink HD NF HD no problem sees 129 and in the 90% both scans in 129 great with over well over 500 channels everything is great on those two units I hookup ilink 9600 HD and the nightmare starts all over again will not lock 129 scans in channels wrong puts them with 119 channels and only 400 if lucky. I tried everything like I said even bought a brand new sk900 board to see if that was the problem it is not. I don't know what to do can not even scan in HD ppv unless they are on 110. Crap is right Any fresh idea's? Thanks. Not trying to take over your post but just to say I hear you. Very unhappy
