Need some help

About a week ago my sonicview just stopped working . I have replaced the switch outside , checked all cables . i did a factory reset , system clean , reenter the last bin .
When I turn it on I am getting all zero's . I can not turn it on or off . I have done this both with the hub in and took it off and the same thing is happening.
Hoping someone has some suggestions

Are you able to load the factory bin ?
I don't know the 4k.... Can you force load a file to that box ? Have a look here:

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner , Your solution worked and got me back up only for a few minutes , then tv went black . and had a E on the receiver . I tried everything with the null cable, Finally gave up .
I got another sonicview 4000. hooked it up and I am up and running fine .
Something must have happened to old unit . Hubby said it was making noises the day before .
