off service

Mine says off service and have never seen it say on service. Is there something I have to turn on? A URL I have to input to get the public going? Currently using my P$ which both P$ are down. No connections showing at all. I was hoping that the public was up and running.
Any insights on what I can do? Regular cable is getting boring.

Not as boot loader. Gonna redo everything. I'll post my results when I'm done.

All done!! Says on service but obviously no picture due to the current state of ECM. ready to go when it's back up!!

you might want to make sure you loaded the latest factory default as public is up
also do a reboot

Public and private are both up. Just got myself a HDD and I'm testing out the pvr functions. So far looking good. Service is working great!
