some channels up/down/down

Is something wrong with the service? Could someone please explain why? Thanks.

Service is still recovering from an ecm this weekend. Many sd channels are back up and running but hd channels remain down.

it would help to read the announcment thread when you see a scramble,then the up down thread.next,but not least,always check your crystal ball,lol.
