sound but no pic

Just wondering what I did , Im on beaver and have a jynxbox ultra hd, most all chanels are working on 82 and 91 and most HD ones are but I was trying to watch channel Hdvu6 and its an hd movie channel and I have sound but no picture. What could I try or what could be wrong ?

If its a ppv channel you won't get it. They only code the video, so you can get audio on hd channels that are not open. If its a regular movie channel, try a rescan of 82, seems to be on going changes with that bird.
