4x4 is the only way out...Lol...Timber framed project on Stoney Lake...I took some pics today..The homeowner is building on leased land..Lol..Owned by Trent Severn Waterways..Says he dosen't care what they do with it when lease expires basically..Blasted thru rock and set on pillars...There is no interior trim..Drywall has to be finished to floor and all the timber...150 speciality reveal vinyl beads,,,we haven't finished the board yet..Will post some of interior later..We have 2 monsters ready for us on islands..Just waiting for the lakes to freeze lol..Just sharing is all..

being a siding guy i feel your pain ... these are the types of people that put stone up to the roof and then want dental against the stone ... and it never looks good they just want it done...... i dont envy the working conditions up in the kawarthas ( im in windsor) but i know what you mean when it comes to these nightmare jobs.

Almost finished..3 days of just putting on beads 100 in total..Pictures are a little blurry lol..Prolly dust on the crackberry lol...The job is by far not complicated..Just freakin tedious...

It is almost impossible to keep the dust off the beams..

And drywall meets beams everywhere in this place...The painters tape isn't that easy to remove with compound on it..Has to be scored with out marking the beams..Glad it's almost over...

Hey chuck..The owner didn't say how long the lease is for...Nor did he care that it is leased land...Lol...He is an older dude and i think the lease is longer than his life expectancy....;)
