The server staff has to re-fuel the rocket to stop the freezing

if it was a wide spread problem you would find more threads/posts about the same thing as there are many rocket users...

For the most part i find it pretty good but i am seeing some freezing on certain channells. And the ones that are feezing are even worse or not coming in at all on HD.

Some freezing but it's slowly improving. More channels working again. Things are looking up!!

I'am on 35911 was freezing alot till i unpluged receiver for 5 sec. plug it back in and seems to be ok now.

I am getting some channels they are freezing every so often and still missing a lot of channels to in the 100's and 200's I did reset from modem to the STB no change....

On 35933 haven't noticed anything.. Don't have any other ports but in the past 300+ days checking the forums, it seems 35911 ans 35922 freeze or are down the most often.

I have port 35911 on 2 ilink9000p receiver and 1 sonicview 360 premier and they have been working flawless. I think it's in your end.

Depends on what channel you are trying to watch. Some are freezing some are down more than up like 209 and 215 that are down again today.

I have had the same problem with rocket . its freezing then comes back . numerous times . tried the reboot and no luck . any other ideas ?

I too have a nano2 35933 and it freezes all the time cant watch anything it is so annoying any help would be great is there a fix or something I have rebooted the whole system a number of times but it has done nothing please help thanks for letting me vent a bit

There is minor freezing on some channels, but most channels are working fine.
Keep re-booting, it reduces the freezing...
