Dreamlink SD with HDMI

New to Dreamlink SD>>>trying to load factory and message comes up Invalid Firmware can any one help please.

why load factory file? if it's a new unit it will already have the factory file loaded...

Did u unzip the file ?..load Factory file , do factory reset, load the latest file , do another factory reset ..put all your setting in the STB and scan , put all your PS info in and power off your Box put it on channel 200 and watch TV

Thanks Clarkie, was away for a bit...the problem was the unzip, I had downloaded it on my laptop which did not have the unzip program and tried loading it to the box. All's well now, thanks a bunch, do you know if this box does public?
