just got this receiver try to get into installation but cant i try 0000 and still cant get in
then i did a factory reset and try 0000 and still cant get in .

no such thing as a roberts-001. i never heard of it.my buddys google and yahoo have never heard of it either.

How about the manual. Does it not tell you anything or check with the person you got it from.

when try manufacture site it say Log in to Customer Access System then Please log in to your account
witch i dont have .

load a factory file on it...that should reset it to default

Thanks to all who try to help but went back to the person i got the box from
and he told me he had change the factory password from 0000 so i change
it back to factory so i set it up on FTA Galaxy 19 .

Have a list of master pins for older fta boxes, don't see that receiver in the list. You can try them anyway, might get lucky.

After trying to no avail, perhaps you can have the place where you've got yoru receiver to change the factory password, just like what icantech did.
