Scanning problem

I have SV Premier 360 and lost the ability to scan. Everything else works. I put other SV boxes in the same place and they work. Could it be the main board? Anyone can advise me as where to get one? Thanks

Reload the factory bin a couple of times and start over with a fresh box and see what you get....
It's probably not worth trying to locate the main board.A newer box might be the way to go...

a friend of mine had many of those and when they had a bad one ,they would do a data transfer. it is in the menus if you look. sometimes you get a buggy box and this seemed to help
