Rocket issue

Hi i plugged my nano box but channels are not coming i bought rocket for that box any suggestions will be a big help thank you

Yes a little more info would help us to help you such as your set up and is it connected and what you have done so far to try and get it going and has it been converted to ilink yet.

Well only dish channel 101 comes and rest of them says scramble and all black screen and When i press info on my remote its shows ( Connection: ) just like that . I put same userid and password same server and Ip and same Key which i got but still no progress
