So I recently acquired the NextFTA satellite and just finished up loading the factory and software files. I put in the same satellite settings that were in my nFusion which worked perfectly fine, but when it comes to scanning the satellites 118.8/119 only certain TP Frequencys have a signal which was not the case in my nFusion as I had most of them. My setup is as follows; I have two satellites outside with 3 LNBs in total hooked up to a 4 in 1 diseqc switch. I have 118.8 and 119 coming on Diseqc 1, 97 coming in on Diseqc 4, 110 coming in on Diseqc 2. The 97 works fine and I think 110 has some missing channels as well. The strange thing is, when I hook up my nFusion again all these channels seem to work fine. Any ideas on what the problem is?

what type lnbs are you using?
what lnb setting are you using for 118? 119? 110?

All single LNBs, one of satellite dishes has two single LNBs held together with some all weather tape. I two two satellite dishes in total.

~97W~
Diseqc: 4
Diseqc 1.1: None
TP Frequency : 11789
LNB: 10750
22KHz: Off
Multi dish switch: off

~110W~
Diseqc: 2
Diseqc 1.1: None
TP Frequency: 12224
LNB: 11250
22KHz: Off
Multi Dish Switch: off

~118.8W~
Diseqc: 1
Diseqc 1.1: None
TP Frequency: 11715
LNB: 09750
22KHz: Off
Multi Dish Switch: Off

~119.0W~
Diseqc: 1
Diseqc 1.1: None
TP Frequency: 12224
22KHz: Off
Multi Dish Switch: Off

Also don't know if I should mention this or not but on my nFusion I could put what type of LNB it was. On my 118.8 it was a universal 9750/10600. 97 was universal 9750/10750. 110 was high 11250. 119 was universal 9750/10600.

118.8 and 119 should be 09750/10750, do not know about 97

Well 97 works fine so I am not worried too much about it. But what number do I enter in the LNB field? The 09750 or the 10750?

10750 works best on 118

try changing lnb to 10750 for 118 and see if that helps
Are they legacy or dishpro lnbs?

How do I identify the LNBs? I'll go outside right now and check.

they will have dp on them if dishpro and will only be for the 110 lnb

Alright I'm pretty sure it's a dishpro LNB on 110.

then set lnb to dishpro1 for lnb for 110

How will that change 118/119?

Nothing came up when I set the LNB to dishpro1 I guess it must be legacy.

Ignore that, it fixed the 110 problem. Could it be possible that if I set 118 and 119 to universal lnb that it'd work? Because they were universal on my infusion.

not sure ,the usual setting for the 118/119 lnb is what we posted
Any chance the diseq is damaged? Were cables disconnected when rcvr was on?

Well I'll be damned, I set 118 and 119 to universal under the LNB menu and bam, full signal. Something so simple...
