freezing problem

every 3 minutes it freezing.

and i am using Nanosat Premium SE Factory File 7.09 and Nanosat SE SKY_3.17
i like to no if every one here has the same problem as me

Hi tysonx.
If you have other p.s. on your server it may cause freezing. so if you have your main p.s. on server 1 make sure server 2,3,and four ports say 0000 . Go in to menu installation net applications put your password in and you will see server no scroll down to that and make sure that ports in 2,3,and 4 have 0000 in them. I hope this will help.

sometimes a reboot of the system will remove static build up that can cause freezing...router/modem & receiver... i also rescan sats once a week so I get the latest changes

tysonx since you have already tried all the suggestions mentioned above how about posting all your settings like antenna settings,p/s settings,and also have you checked the announcement thread
and check to see if you need to update your server,

mine is freezing too every 3 min....

Try putting in factory file 7.04 and then download and install the 3.05 bin. This should help a lot as I was having the same issue with horrendous freezing. It did not completely eliminate it but it sure improved my viewing experience. One other little drawback with the 3.05 file is, it only gives you the option of having two servers. The Nanosats are notorious for freezing and especially with the later files that came out. They never kept releasing files to address the freezing on the later bins.

I also experience a lot of freezing on the same receiver. I use mine strictly with BEV. I don't know if that matters or not. I have found that installing 7.04 and 3.05 seem to be the most stable when in comes to this issue. Good luck!

the issue is with the hardware is hard coded problem....the freezing issues cant be fix.....start looking for another box.
