Jynxbox Purchase

I am watching a couple dealers and ebay for a Jynxbox HD Ultra. One ebay package comes with a JB200 board. Is that all I need to receive HD channels? Is the ATSC tuner a different board and how useful is the ATSC feature?

the JB200 if for HD and the ATSC is for local channels to be used with an ota antenna

Is the JB100 the same as a JB200? How difficult is it to install the JB board?

i do believe the JB100 is the older unit and the JB200 is the new v2. and it's very easy to install

just got it in the mail today. so i will get it all setup tonight when i get home. but i highly doubt it will be replacing my sv8k

ok all done work pretty good for the price. not too shabby tho it's no sonicview 8k it is well worth the price. i think i paid like 185.00 shipped with the HD board.

hi just bought a jynxbox and just noticed it comes with out turner install

You should have gone to hxxp://leesatt.tripod.com/ ..... best dealer there is for fta receivers ..... he's located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. All Jynxbox receivers come with HD tuners installed.

the jynx is not a sat reciver when you buy it, it is a PVR, you must add a tunner and 3rd party software to make it a sat reciver.

word is is that the oficcial jynx wireless card is being worked on and is "70% complete", whatever that means. could be a few weeks could be a few months.
