Is there any independant P$ that has NBA Ticket and Sports Channels in HD ?

Just wondering if anyone is getting these channels in hd? 5409 - 5437 ? NBA Ticket in HD?

I have 4 P$'s and none of them are getting those channels, although they used to...

i would be interested in testing a P$ that DID have those channels available.
