I am having an issue of after a week of the jynxbox going strong that I have now lost my signal and can't seem to get it back. I am wondering if it is the jb200 module, is there a way in telling if it is toast?

I had to replace my JB200 module this week because it was fried. However, the box stopped working completely when it happened (i.e. didn't even turn on).

You might want to check other things before concluding to the hardware problem. :)

do you have another reciver to hookup to the coax to see if it works, if you do and that reciver works then you know the problem
is with the jynx or the settings in the jynx, or the jynx dont have enought power for your lnb.

You have to give complete info what's happening and what you did? Also give your sat and dish setting and Hardware. There is no simple straight answer based on your above info. There are too many things go wrong.

Thanks for your input.... For some reason the module was loose, it did not come with the nuts to tighten to the case, once I took some from an old unit everything worked, must have not been making a good connection.
