Noi and windowss xp

i'm having an issue with noi on xp......i ran the wizard and stuff but when i start up noi 1.31 or 1.31a the program does not seam to open correctly......the tabs on the main page arn't lit up......i can't start the program......am i using the wrong file?

i did all the updates last night i have the latest frame works thing...4

and ideas??

NOI working fine on Win 7 and Win 8 from what I hear.

If my neighbour gets his HD working this evening he will be using NOI on Win XP so I will let you know how he makes out.

Are you using the settings tab? You should be getting a grey screen, if so then your problem is on your box's network settings!

i bought a used lap top did windows up date but noi was not working correctly then i did another up date and noi was ok....then it would not connect because i only filled in the numbers on the advanced section......so i just filled in the main part...tried it and it connected.....then switched back to the advanced settings and she is all good.......

lesson learned make sure your windows is up to date then go from there....lol

NOI works great here on a tinyxp laptop...no issues.
