limesat ultra signal and quality problem

Hi everyone, Recently i bought limesat ultra I put all the files we connect everything fine.
but signal and quality do not come in to the receiver. our dish direction is fine
because we have another two receiver it work fine.is it receiver problem or connection problem?

Sounds to me like a setting issue.

go into sat settings and try a different transponder see if that works
if not check that you have the right the right switch settings

You still have to set the Diseqc switch settings in your satellite listings.

We need more information from you to help you better.

What satellites are you looking at? (Dish or Bell)

What brand/type/make are your LNB's?

How are you connecting it to the satellite dish/switch/LNB?

And what type of external switch (if you have one) are you using?

Answering these question will help us out, otherwise we are all trying to make a guess at what the problem may be.

If you have a v2 then you need to be running file 274 and not 273.
As Terryl mentioned more information would also help.

I agree. We need something to work with to help you out. Even if you posted a picture of your main menu set up (not your P$) that would be a start.

if dish is pointed right then i would try to connect receiver direct to dish in case of faulty switch and select the right lnb type on set-up.hope it helps.

you have the wrong file loaded to the receiver....2.74 is a bin released to fix the connection issue...remove the cover and in the lower right hand corner you will see some numbers which is the assembly date and you will also see v-1 or v-2 this will be your version if you have a version 1 you only needed to load factory 2.01 then 2.73 setup your sats and scan ...then setup network and server info save each line in server info by pressing green button after each line is entered. once all info has been entered.and saved....initiate the server by pressing the blue button...you should now see caid connectted on your screen...exit out to channel 200...239...342 any one of these ch,s will populate the EPG more rapidly than the other ch.s...for version 2 load 2.01 then 2.75 ...and follow the above steps...now you can also use the LS Loader with the Null cable and use only the 2.74 bin this will reset the receiver to a virgin status.
