Please help to find out what iks server is this?

I paid a year on this server, but it have stopped working last few months. I do not remember what server is this.
It has the DES KEY :0102030405060708091011121314.
SERVER IP 46.23.70.55
PASSWORD is my lsat name.
I think I need to change something to make it works again but don not know where to start.
Any help will be greatly appreaciated.

i do believe activa and beaver use that des key also

That is the default DES key for many servers unless they change it to something else, the IP is what to look for...
