lost channels on 82w

i must be having a strange problem.....everything was fine until yesterday....chch and cp23 on 82w had no signal...so i rescanned and then i lost them altogether....so i factory default loaded the 25 file then tp file , scanned and i still dont get thoes channels ..signal is in 80 to 90....i live in southern ontairo ....im not sure what to try next..????

i just double checked 12297 and it is only at 64%.....i guess ill try to aim the dish better.......
