nope no special file...what you do need is both providers , watch dick first and then switch to bell change in server settings

why not press sat button and select provider?

the 9500 never fully worked on both providers.. had to switch server all together from dik to bell unlike other stbs had to be on dik first
if you only purchased bev on a p/s and have a 9500 it will NEVER work ... bin issue was never addressed
