Trent Barreta has been released from WWE according to PWInsider.com. Several releases are expected in WWE over the next day or two.
Pro Wrestling Syndicate promotion has now booked Barreta for a WrestleMania weekend show on April 4 in Metuchen, N.J. Barreta is scheduled to face Sonjay Dutt on "PWS Super Card Night One."
Barreta recently made a cameo in the final edition of Zack Ryder's Z! True Long Island YouTube show.
