Santino has confirmed earlier reports of a possible injury to his neck.
"My neck IS in fact tweaked, not sure how bad," Santino tweeted earlier today.
"MRI in a few mins, hoping it's just severe inflammation causing the pain, fingers crossed!" Santino added.
Santino is still undergoing physical therapy from a bad car accident in September 2011, but it's unclear if the current injury is related. At the time, Santino was diagnosed with a separated left shoulder.
