No Sound

Have bin 116 installed and just left a friend s house who is having issues with sound. sound works on 110/119 but not on 129. It will work when running thru surround sound. Any suggestions.

Any suggestions.check out the input on the tv and if he is using more than one receiver,look at the audio output to the selector if using a home theater.
