Hi guys,
I have the WA DishTurbo dish 1000.2 and the DPPlus Triple LNB.
The 3 coax are coming from it into my house. The dish is WAYYYY up on roof and there is no way I can get
up there to see what cables are going into what ports (of the 3). I know port 1 on LNB should be for power inserter (I have dreamlinkHD). And then a second coax on any LNB port to receiver. A dish guy aligned the dish,
How do I find out which cable from my house is going to ports on LNB?? Should be easy, but I am confused. I have power inserter on 1 cable, then that same cable going to receiver and can get 119,110,129, but when scanning, it picks up same channels on diff sats. When I auto scan, up in right corner, it says 110, and signal are 97,97 blue. After the scan, the lines turn red after finished scanning. I think I need to find port 1 on LNB, and put inserter, then use one of the other cables to receiver, for 3 sats...
Whew Thanks

Usually the first receiver in the main room was the one that the inserter was attached to, but you can try it on all coaxes, it wont hurt anything.
