Transponders on 61.5

Did transponders on sat 61.5 changed?????
i have an iLink 9600 HD with a 8psk module and im missing some channels.....

do we need a new transponder file for Ilink 9600 on 61.5 ???

A lot of TP's have changed on 61.5. I believe it's because they are replacing the sat there.
