Phoenix missing channels

hey guys.I need some help.I have a nfusion phoenix.I lost some of my channels.Did you guys know how can i get the national geographic channel (ch 186) back on my receiver.I have the NFPS with the new nfusion program that i can scan the sats but only with blind scan.Thanks
