New code doesn't work

Hi all, Received my new code yesterday, spent 2+ hours reading / trying to get it working...no luck.
I checked my code with the code checker site and it shows " --days" in the time remaining colum, and status " for sale ". Is it as simple as not being active yet ??

Definitely sounds like the number you were given has not been activated, you had better contact the seller you got it from.
