good S but no Q

hay some one help just got my receaver today got every thing set up i get good sigial but no Q what is that and how to fix it

For your information "s" shows a connection to the LNB "q" shows the signal strength of an aligned sat!

You have to aim your dish to desired sats in setup...And lock on...Very important!!!!

it want lock i had a jynxbox hooked up to dish i know that dish is rite now let me ask do i need to use bootloader to load files from usb if not how do i load the files new on this box fixing to throw it i trash and watch my direct tv

do you thank the dish is off pointfriend try taking your receiver and a small portable tv where your dish is,and hook up everything like on the bottom,and put the settings for each sat and try moving the dish little by little until you hit the signal and quality,and when you hit it it,ll show on the top right hand side what sat it is,is that easy....
