S/q 20%

Just got my Dl and follow the instructions for setting up with 106 factory and 117bin, the box came with a green board, which I found out is factory board, well I installed it but when I try to setup my sats 110and 119 the S/Q is at 20%,actually even if I turn off lnb s/q is still at 20%.is the board not installed correctly, I thought I could at least scan those birds, any help much appreciated thanks dill...okay I found another post on this matter, I see the board needs to be installed for s/q so it must not be installed correctly.... The factory board can be used?

make sure the board is installed correctly.
The factory board should work but only for SD channels. You will need the HD SK200 8psk module for the HD channels with are mostly on thw 129 sat. Have you tried looking for a working TP by going to the "Positioner settings" in the menu and go through all the TP's untill you find one that has both Q and S with the signal levels ( Blue on both S and Q ) and when you find one, move to the auto setting and do a scan on that TP.

thanks rayr you made me open up the box and sure enough the module was not seated correctly......its working great now.....no HD but theirs around 800 channels it scanned, will re-scan when my SK200 module arrives.......dill

Just a update, received my SK200 module installed yes made sure both connections snapped in and re setup satellite and my S/Q jumped from the 60-70%to the high 90%..dill
