open box and rocket?

Hi I have problem with all channels scrambled. I made donation to rocket put codes .... and still have problem with it.
Is there any step by step for beginners with open box ??? Because I guess I'm stupid:book:

no you r not stupid i have the same problem now i got it to work before i uplodad the new abs file i think the problem is the file it has a network problem dats all

what open box do you have, there is a new firmware out today for the /open/eyebox X5 that should fix the problem.
