Hi i did a factory reset on my premier so i load a new factory file which loads with no problem. Then i load the p28 file but once i load the p28 file i loose everything what am i doing wrong THANKS

What are you loosing ?
Picture on the TV ?
Power to the box ?
What happens ??

D/L another copy of the 2028 fix file and try again to load.

Feed us some more details to work with.

Sorry but i loose the factory file i just loaded once i put the p28 file in the reciever on the screen its says no channels. But i reload the factory file i can scan for the channels and they all seem to be there but i loose the p28 file again. thanks

Load the P28 file , then scan . You cannot scan factory file then load P28 and expect the factory file and channels you scanned because you are loading a New file over the factory file... Pax
